When did you decide this was what you wanted to do with your life? What primarily drove that decision?

I have an art background, but I’ve always been a people person. Through my experience teaching and working with children, I realized that I had a gift for being a good listener and really enjoyed helping others. It feels good knowing you’ve made a difference in someone’s life through what you do.

How did you end up becoming an employee with River City?

I’m not sure how to answer this since I have strong personal ties to River City, although working with family is a beautiful thing. I strongly believe in River City’s philosophy and mission and enjoy working with the staff and clients. I am alson grateful for the various opportunities within the company to grow and learn.

If you could pick any need in Richmond to have an immediate and dramatic impact upon, what would it be and why?
